RATES INCLUDE:
Rates are per person per night and include luxury accommodation and breakfast.
Walks on the 1000 hectare estate, mountain biking and the use of the driving range for keen golfers are all available to guests.
Guided tour of the Mardouw estate and olive groves (prior arrangement required).
Dinner consists of a four-course meal including pre-dinner cocktails and tapas.
Mardouw charges NO single supplement.
 
 
RATES EXCLUDE:
Lunch, private telephone calls, bar, mini bar, laundry. Rental of golf car, golf balls. Please note that the cost for the golf balls is donated directly to the children on the farm
Transfers from/to Cape Town or George airport.
 
 
CHILDREN:
  Children 12 and over are welcome at Mardouw.
 

Children under the age of 12 only by prior arrangement with management.

  1 (one) child per suite sharing with adults unless otherwise arranged.
  0 - 3 yrs: Complimentary
  4 – 12 yrs: 50%
 
 
EXCLUSIVE USE:
  The entire country house is taken on a minimum two night stay.
 
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
  50% deposit of total amount required for direct bookings; extras may be settled on departure.
  Retail agents and tour operators are requested to prepay, unless otherwise arranged.
 
 

CANCELLATION:
  3 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of full amount
  2 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of full amount
  1 week or less prior to arrival: 100% of full amount
