Lizelle Joubert


Mardouw’s very first female olive oil blender. In 2012 Lizelle Joubert got involved with table olives and olive oil. It was then when she realized she wanted to learn more about blending olive oil. In 2014 she successfully completed the Technical Course for aspiring Olive Oil tasters and achieved the Certificate of Sensory Aptitude that included overcoming the selective trails set by the IOC. Lizelle then attended various courses and assisted with blending olive oil. It was in 2018 when she started blending her own oil. She shares a true passion for olive oil, she believes blending olive oil is both an art and a science that she enjoys deeply.
